The living room, bathed in light, is organized around a large open space including a comfortable and inviting living room, a spacious dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, designed for lovers of gastronomy as well as simple everyday pleasures (there is a Nespresso machine).

The sleeping area has been designed to offer privacy, serenity, and high-end comfort. It includes a master suite (with direct access to the garden, a dressing room, and a private bathroom), a second suite (with an en-suite bathroom), and another double bedroom with a separate bathroom, which also serves the living area of the house.

The lush, intimate and meticulously cared-for garden surrounds the house in a tranquil atmosphere .
There is a private pool and several areas to relax at any time of day, as well as an outdoor dining area.
